This course has nine sections:
- Microsoft Office Access 2007: New Features (3 hours, 15 minutes) Get an overview of the redesigned user interface and interactive features of Microsoft Office Access 2007.
- Microsoft Office Access 2007: Level 1 (Second Edition) (7 hours, 30 minutes) Create and modify new databases and their various objects.
- Microsoft Office Access 2007: Level 2 (Second Edition) (6 hours, 15 minutes) Learn to maintain data consistency and integrity; improve queries, forms and reports; and integrate Access 2007 with other applications.
- Microsoft Office Access 2007: Level 3 (Second Edition) (5 hours, 30 minutes) Learn to create complex Access databases by structuring existing data, writing advanced queries, working with macros, making effective use of forms and reports, and performing database maintenance.
- Microsoft Office Access 2007: Level 4 (Second Edition) (5 hours, 15 minutes) Exchange data with other applications, automate business processes using VBA code, and secure and share databases.
- Microsoft Office Access 2003: Level 1 (4 hours, 40 minutes) An introduction to the concept of the relational database, then the Microsoft Access relational database application and its information management tools.
- Microsoft Office Access 2003: Level 2 (5 hours, 15 minutes) Design and create a new Access database; improve queries, forms and reports; and integrate Access with other applications.
- Microsoft Office Access 2003: Level 3 (5 hours, 30 minutes) Ready to extend your knowledge into some of the more specialized and advanced capabilities? In this course you will create Access databases using forms, reports and macros.
- Microsoft Office Access 2003: Level 4 (4 hours, 45 minutes) An introduction to the advanced features of Access and the VBA programming language. You will learn remote database management, how to exchange data with XML and other type applications, and how to automate your business processes by using VBA code.
Who should take this course:
People who design and create databases, use tables to create and maintain records, locate records and produce reports. Microsoft Access will help you organize and make sense of the data. Learn to track information, create meaningful reports, share data with others and manage and audit sensitive information.
